Tyler Ramon White, of Monroe, was arraigned Monday in 41-B District Court on one count each of second-degree fleeing and eluding police causing injury, and felonious assault with a motor vehicle, police said.
The incident began at approximately 2:30 p.m. Saturday as Clinton Township police investigated a traffic incident involving a black Chevrolet Trailblazer
near Weybridge Street and Charter Oaks Boulevard. The driver of the Trailblazer shifted into reverse and rammed the vehicle into a patrol car, police said. The motorist fled east on Weybridge and turned north on Groesbeck Highway.
