OCALA, Fla. (CBS/AP) Actor Wesley Snipes could soon be behind bars, if federal attorneys have their way.
Prosecutors have asked a central Florida
judge to revoke Snipes' bond if the 48-year-old actor's effort to get a new trial is successful.

Snipes, who was sentenced to three years in prison, is free on bond while appealing his 2008 conviction on charges he willfully failed to file federal tax returns.
His attorney claims that in 2008, some jurors had decided without hearing any evidence that Snipes was guilty. They also say prosecutors hid damaging information about a key witness.
Federal prosecutors on Monday said questioning those jurors about their deliberations would violate juror 더나인카지노
